Consultations
I offer a FREE 20 minute consultation to all prospective clients via phone call or Zoom. Parents will be asked to complete a case history form. The consultation will be a time for caregivers to ask questions, discuss concerns, and to determine if a more in-depth evaluation or therapy is warranted.

Evaluations
I conduct a comprehensive evaluation to determine specific areas of need. Evaluations are typically comprised of one or more standardized assessments, a speech or language sample and observation(s). If an assessment has been completed by another agency, please submit it at your earliest convenience. Typically, we evaluate our clients bi-annually to measure progress and ensure that our plan of care meets your developing child’s needs.

Individual Therapy Sessions
Private therapy sessions vary in duration and frequency. Together, using information gathered through evaluation or observations we will determine length of sessions and how many times per week your child will be seen, based on individual needs and family preferences.

Group Therapy
Social Group Therapy sessions focus on targeting social and expressive language skills. Social groups are centered around shared interests and activities such as creating or building things, sports, board games, or preparing and sharing food. Social groups typically have a central theme (such as turn taking or asking questions) but may target a variety of individualized goals. Availability of these groups is based on interest and availability of other clients within a similar age range.
Evaluation Components & Prices
Speech (Sound Production) Assessment:
testing typically completed within 45-60 minutes. Includes: Standardized articulation/phonology test, conversational speech/ play sample, Oral Structural Examination, and parent interview. $350
Language (Receptive/Expressive/Social) Assessment: testing typically completed within 120-180 minutes. Includes: Standardized language tests in one or more areas (comprehension, vocabulary grammar, etc) conversational language sample, play-based observation, and parent interview. $500
Speech & Language Assessment: testing typically completed within 120-180 minutes. Includes: all components listed above. $700
Apraxia (CAS) Assessment: testing typically completed within 160-200 minutes. Includes: all components listed above + Motor Speech test. $800
Gestalt Language Processing Assessment
Testing typically completed within 120-180 minutes. Includes: language samples in a variety of settings, parent interview, and play-based observations. $500
AAC Assessment
Testing typically completed within 180-360 minutes. Includes: Total Communication Questionnaire, Dynamic Assessment of visual attention/ motor skills, and multiple device trials across multiple settings. $900
Therapy Session Prices
Therapy Session rates are are determined using a sliding scale based on household income.
Low-income bracket (under $80k annually):
30 minute session $100
45 minute session: $125
60 minute session: $150
Mid-income bracket (between $80k-$250k annually):
30 minute session $125
45 minute session: $150
60 minute session: $175
High-income bracket (over $250k annually):
30 minute session $150
45 minute session: $175
60 minute session: $200
AAC Programming:
AAC Device programming and Visual communication systems preparation and customization services are billed at $50/per hour
A Word on Insurance Coverage…
At this time, CDST’s services are only able to be reimbursed by insurance companies who cover out of network providers. A monthly Superbill is provided to clients whom request one, for reimbursement of services.
